Spectrum HIPS-X is a versatile, high-quality filament primarily used as a dissolvable support material for ABS, ASA, and other high-temperature filaments. It dissolves easily in d-limonene, making it ideal for complex, multi-material prints with overhangs and internal cavities.
Beyond its role as a support material, HIPS-X also functions exceptionally well as a standalone filament. It offers low density, excellent impact resistance, dimensional stability, and a matte surface finish—perfect for prototyping, modeling, and lightweight functional parts.
